This industrial complex, with large investments and the use of local knowledge, has solved the challenge of providing mineral powders with very precise meshes in the parent industries.
Radkan Complex's biggest competitive advantage is its direct connection to the parent supply chain and exclusive ownership of rich bentonite mines. This ensures that the plant's input load is always supplied from a consistent source and that the final product reaches domestic consumers and international markets without the slightest fluctuation in chemical and physical analysis.
Inside the Radkan factory production halls, the process of transforming and micronizing lumps into micron-sized powders is carried out under the continuous supervision of the Quality Control (QC) unit. Equipped with advanced thermal calciners and modern jet mills, we have been able to create the most porous structure possible in active bentonites without damaging the soil crystal lattice.
Due to the strategic geographical location of the factory, the process of packaging powders in jumbo bags and small mechanized bags is carried out at high speed, and dozens of tons of products are directly loaded daily. The goal and logistical capacity of this complex is to provide uninterrupted supply to the domestic consumption chain and continuous export to regional countries, including Iraq and the Persian Gulf.
